What is KANDO? KANDO is a grassroots neighborhood landlord compact operating since 1992. We are a result of the City of Milwaukee's efforts to train landlords with the award winning Landlord Training Program. Mission of KANDO ''Working to build a stronger Neighborhood'' Kando members strive to help maintain the community as a safe place for our residents, and improve the property value of our investments. Commitments from KANDO members: What this means is KANDO members agree to: ·Operate code violation free buildings ·Screen applicants and supervise residents ·Maintain drug and gang free housing ·Provide bright exterior area lighting ·Respond to resident issues quickly ·Keep yards neat and trash free |
