EVERYBODY WORKS!
Integrated Resources Institute (IRI) is a non-profit 501(c)3 dedicated to the full inclusion of persons with disabilities into their community.

Through its MentorWorks program, IRI has facilitated over 20,000 community job placements for persons with disabilities. Based on these successful outcomes, IRI has been awarded several local, state and federal demonstration and research grants .

IRI was founded by Steve Zivolich in Orange County, CA in 1987. Since that time he has received local, state, national and international recognition for his leadership and research efforts for the employment of persons with significant disabilities. He currently serves as the volunteer CEO for the IRI Board of Directors.

MENTORWORKS
Since 1987 IRI through its MentorWorks Program has facilitated the employment of over 20,000 persons with significant disabilities in the USA and Australia.

MentorWorks currently works with Orange County private and public employers to assist with the recruitment, hiring, training and ongoing support for persons with disabilities.

MentorWorks promotes a mentoring approach for employers, that results in better inclusion and retention outcomes for workers with disabilities. As a result of this approach, workers with disabilities are successfully integrated into the regular work force and have a retention rate that averages 300% better when compared to non-disabled co-workers.

MentorWorks also promotes on the job training for its clients through volunteer work at non-profit organizations. This provides community training experiences, while the client is seeking a paid position at for profit employers.
