About IBSA
IBSA is a nonprofit organization that provides direct employment counseling and entrepreneurial training, development & support services. Since 1993, we have provided effective advocacy and integrated services to youth offenders, low-income parents and aspiring entrepreneurs seeking to start or expand a business. IBSA is committed to the development and provision of community services that serve as alternatives to traditional institutionalization and works to further individuals' full participation as productive citizens to society.
