Key West and Lower Keys Clubs & Organizations Florida Keys Society for Human Resource Management This Web Site: www.neighborhoodlink.com/org/flkshrm/ Click to Enlarge Purpose & Objective It shall be our purpose and objective to foster and encourage relationships with the various employers throughout the Florida Keys with both the private and public sector involved in Human Resources and related fields; whereby helpful information, suggestions, and ideas relating to the administrative, technical, scientific, educational and fundamental concepts of human resource management can be exchanged. MEMBERSHIP Membership is open to a company, public or private agency, or business entity established in Monroe County, or any individual actively engaged in some phase of human resource management in Monroe County. All members are encouraged to become a national SHRM member in order to meet the Chapter affiliation requirements.
