Objectives CoHope is an alliance of homeowners' groups in the southern Jefferson County representing over 5000 homes. We meet the first Tuesday of every month, usually at 7 pm at the Foothills Peak facility at 6612 S, Ward. Speakers of interest to the community are scheduled whenever possible. Non members who would like to bring up issues or attend are welcome. Current HOA Members Columbine Hills Civic Assn.
