Objectives CoHope is an alliance of homeowners' groups in the southern Jefferson County representing over 7000 homes. We meet the first Tuesday of every month, usually at 7 pm at the Sheriff's South station at 8100 Shaffer Speakers of interest to the community are scheduled whenever possible. Non members who would like to bring up issues or attend are welcome. Current HOA Members Columbine Hills Civic Assn. Columbine Knolls Columbine Knolls South Estates Columbine West Civic Association Hillside at Fairway Vista Civic Association Kipling Hills HOA Lakehurst West The Ridge at West Meadows Sunrise Creek HOA Trappers View HOA Townhomes at Lakehurst Village Westridge-Lakeview Meadows HOA Williamsburg II HOA Willow Springs Master HOA Dues Dues are $20 per year for at large and $40 per year for HOAs. |
