Partners for a Lifetime The Arc of Dallas is devoted to improving the quality of life for persons with developmental disabilities. Founded in 1951 by concerned parents, The Arc continues to achieve its orginal goal: to provide educational opportunities for children with mental retardation. Throughout the years, however, The Arc has expanded its capacities. Today we offer a wide variety of services, including parent and professional education, minority outreach, information and referral services, and client continuing education. |
