TO not confuse potential new homeowners, the neighborhood map listed here is incorrect.

Burdin St. is Dustins Way and there is no name for the alley that runs behind Dustins Way.

Yeah, that was an original map, the name was apparently different at first.  I'll try and get a new map up there one of these days.

Well, I forgot, that map is generated by Google, I can't change it.  But as you mentioned, there is no Burdin St, it's actually Dustins Way, and thats just an alley behind it.
