About Our Association The purposes of the White Bridge Neighborhood Association are: (a) To preserve and improve the residential quality of the neighborhood; (b) To provide a means by which the citzens of the area may exercise greater control over the economic, political, envirnomental, and social forces that influence their ways of life; (c) To promote understanding among property owners, residents, government, and business interests; (d) To foster neighborhood identity and sense of community; (e) To cooperate and affiliate in appropriate ways with other local, state, or national organisations having compatible goals.
