What is everyone WITHOUT irrigation going to do about the outrageous cost of watering a lawn here ???

My bills last year were not that bad...if times get hard the grass will hafta die!

let the grass die, no big deal

The water is cheap. The sewer charge is high. get a second water meter from

the city and by pass the sewer charge. Green up the grass and keep the  development

looking good.
