About Our Association MY HOME! MY NEIGHBORHOOD! MY HOME - MY NEIGHBORHOOD I am a homeowner. I have made a substantial investment in this house and I am making it my HOME. I have invested not only in my home but also in the Sea Isle Park Neighborhood Association. I know my property value will hold and even reach a higher level than when I purchased it if I maintain it and: a) keep my lawn and shrubs neatly trimmed and yard clean of debris, b) not park motorized vehicles and trailers in my front yard, c) not do car repair on a day to day basis in my driveway or in front of my house, d) maintain the area in front of my house, e) encouraging neighbors who do not keep their property up to the same standards to do so, and f) not put trash on the street or lawn until the day before trash pickup and then remove my trash receptacles from the curb as quickly as possible on pickup days. As a homeowner I realize that property value drops drastically if neighborhood standards are not maintained. If the day comes when I want to sell my home for a reasonably, appreciated price, I want to be able to say to myself and my family that I worked hard to uphold MY NEIGHBORHOOD.
