Calling All Blockheads!

What we need:

The Toonerville Trolley Neighborhood Association is looking for folks who want to be active in making this a better neighborhood for us all. We are looking for folks interested in becoming Blockheads!

What they do:

It's easy and doesn't take a lot of time. Blockheads will be the contact person for a particular block. If something happens on that block (a break-in, for example), they just need to notify the folks on that block as well as the the other Blockheads in the TTNA so that they can get the word out to help curb the problem. They will also do things like:

* Keep track of problem properties on the block.

* Keep track of new folks moving into the neighborhood and help maintain current list of residents on that block.

* Let the folks on their block know about the TTNA and let's them know when something is going on (like a neighborhood clean-up or a block party).
* Helps recruit folks to keep that block clean.

* Distributes fliers related to neighborhood issues on their block.

* Is a visible presence on the block.

* Is the point person for the block residents to get information to the rest of the TTNA.

It doesn't take a lot of time, it's fun and it's helps us get to know all of our neighbors!
