The Citizen Observer is a great tool and resource for private citizens, businesses, neighborhood watches and neighborhood associations to track crime in their area and sign up for alerts. Many of you may remember a recent alert about business robberies; the assailants were caught very quickly. The alert system is a really fast way to get the word out & help people be on the lookout.
