Board of Directors - Recruiting Members Now!!
As a home owner and resident of Pinnacle Gardens Condominiums, we invite you to become more aware of how the community is being managed. Maintaining the property to a quality standard can involve many expenses. Regular maintenance and preventive maintenance is a must to keep property in good, valuable condition. In order to function properly as an association, it is imperative that a board of directors is established to over see and manage the affairs of the council.
The board of directors is welcoming new members for 2008! The board currently has the following positions up for election: Vice President, Treasurer, and Member at large. For any unit owner wishing to run for a board position, please notify the secretary, Nancy Chaplin at N.CHAPLIN@INSIGHTBB.COM. She will forward your name to the nomination committee. In addition, if you would like to get more information on becoming a board member, we invite you to attend our next board meeting which will be held on December 4, 2008 at 7:00 pm at Grace Evangelical Church, next door @ 13060 Factory Lane. If you happen to be unavailable, please remember that we meet on the first Tuesday of every month at the same time and location.
We urge all home owners to become more involved in the community in which we live by becoming an active member of the board. We are all in this together and would like to see to it that our community is well taken care of for many years to come!

„X Parking on the street
JUST AS A REMINDER:
There is NO PARKING in the streets or in the yards. Please advise guests of this policy and direct them to park in the parking areas at the ends of the complex. We have sent warning letters which have proved to be ineffective. Tow stickers are now in effect and vehicles will be towed at owners expense. If you happen to notice your vehicle is missing, please contact MID STATE TOWING AT 417-9960.

„X Snow Removal policy
Winter is on its way and we all know what that means¡K.SNOW!! Just a reminder of our snow removal policy. We have a contract in place to snow removal of road ways. Our agreement includes plowing of road ways automatically if snow accumulation is 3 inches or greater. If one to three inches of snow accumulates, plowing and/or salt distribution will be at the boards discretion. Lastly, if less than one inch falls, no action will be taken. Enjoy the wintery wonderland ;)
„X Smoke Detector tips!
Have you ever had a non stop chirping smoke alarm???? Does it keep you up at night???
We have the answers to this problem!!! There is probably a code error that requires a reset. A reset involves the following: Cut the power off from the electrical box, make sure the green light is not illuminated, remove the batteries and press the reset button for 30 seconds and them power up starting with electrical box and new batteries. For more information contact FIREX at 1-800-445-8299.
