COCA vs. Bill Stout

COCA has filed compliants against Bill Stout for his mismanagement of our funds. We have submitted complaints to the BBB and the KY Realtors Commission.

Currently we are in the process of gatering evidence to support our complaints of late fees and over drafts we incured under Bill Stouts watch. When this is complete our full statement and the response from Bill Stout will be handed over to a committee that will determine the next step.

Our complaint filed against the BBB has been responded to and we submitted a counter statement.
