Deadline for ADS & Articles for Fall 2009: TBD
Saturday, April 25, 2009 or until ad space is depleted, whichever comes first. BNA reserves the right to limit article and ad space in newsletters. Ads are not printed on the front or back pages. Longer and/or overflow articles can be placed on the BNA Website. Payment is required at the time of sale. Make checks payable to BNA.
Publication/Distribution date: Late May or early June


The Belknap Neighborhood Association along with volunteers will hand-deliver the newsletters to 1600 houses and businesses in the Belknap neighborhood boundaries. Approximately 500 issues are available for pick up in local businesses. Thanks for your interest and support of the Belknap neighborhood.

Three ad sizes are available: 2009
• Business Card Ad (2” x 3 ½”) $35.00
• This size can be either horizontal or vertical
• Double Business Size Ad (3 ½” x 4” or 2” x 7”) $70.00
• Large Size Ad (approximately 4 ½” x 6 ½” or variable) $100.00
This size can be either horizontal or vertical or one column of a page.

All ads must be camera-ready artwork(e.g., business card with light-colored background) or a clear black and white graphic of the art may be sent electronically. A design/setup/alteration fee may be charged only if an ad needs effort to be created/modified and/or needs art work. The price is determined according to the hours of graphic support needed.
