Storm damage and tree removal has been completed. Mark Wade is currently finishing up on the entrance landscaping. With leftover monies in his budget trees will be planted to replace those lost. I know everyone has noticed the tall grass at 7708 Apple Valley Dr. I am currently trying to contact the mortgage company to get this property maintained. It is in foreclosure. There are several MSD projects in the works to fix drainage issues. The first is at 7415 & 7417 Apple Mill Dr. The new entrance sign for section 6 has been obtained and will go up when the new fence sections are installed. Be alert and report ANY suspicious activity to the police.
