We live on Creede Trail and signed our lease way back when it was Dale Resources.  I cannot remember how long the lease was for but we have received a few royalty checks from them.  Since we have received royalties does this mean that the lease will not run out letting us sign with someone else?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Normally it's three years from your last royalty check, but cheaha is no different from dale,  our community got 1/3 what others are getting for sign on bonuses some got paid into the street, others didn't, and still no fence as promised at the front(which should be the homeowners responsibilty anyway) but anyway, there's an answer, every contract is different look at yours, or have cheeehaw(sounds like a donkey doesn't it)look at it for you.

Wow, that's pretty good as we live on Creede too and never saw a dime after the $100 signing bonus.  I wonder what the difference was?

I am glad to sign with the new company and hopefully soon I will see my signing bonus as I have still not seen that from the new company yet either.

Ask them if they are going to pay you for half way into the street like they did 98% of the other residence that signed with them!
