“311 - One Call to City Hall” (City Information)

Call 311, 24 hours a day, to make a single toll-free telephone call for Los Angeles City information and any non-emergency service, e.g. for information about City office hours, City locations, City events, pothole repair, voting information, senior services, council meeting schedules, graffiti removal, and recreational activities. The 311 operators use information from the Citywide Services Directory, which is available at www.lacity.org.
