Revised Articles, By-Laws, Covenants Posted for Review

75% Vote of All Homeowners Required!!

There have been a lot of changes since 1984, but one thing that hasn’t changed is the covenants and by-laws for the Liberty Creek South Homeowners Association. These documents govern how our neighborhood is managed, but they are horribly outdated. We MUST have your help to fix them. The Board of Directors proposed changes to these documents, and our attorney has reviewed them. In order for the revised documents to take effect, it will take a vote of 75% of ALL homeowners, so your participation in this process is vital!

Viewing the Documents

The original documents (Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants) are currently posted on the Liberty Creek South website. The revised documents are also available for everyone to look over. [See hotlinks below.] We would like to hear your feedback on the proposed changes. We hope these changes will be a positive improvement for our neighborhood.

Casting Your Vote -- EVERY Vote Matters!!

We have approval ballots posted on the site (see link below), which can be mailed in or dropped off at the Liberty Glen Clubhouse, 5929 Vicksburg Drive, Indpls 46254. You can also cast your vote when you pick up your pool pass.

We will have to gather the remaining votes door-to-door, so anyone interested in helping gather proxies from your neighbors would be welcome.
