Green Thumbs at Work
Our first Community Garden vegetables and flowers have begun to be planted on Edmunds Street on land donated by the Metcalfe family in memory of Rev H.H. Metcalfe. We welcome all who would like plant or work the garden. If you desire, to plant and need an area tilled, please contact Danita 931-980-3774 or Mary Lee 885-4141. Excess vegetables will be sold at the Farmer's Market to generate money for minor community repairs and our benevolent fund.
Benevolent Fund
Please contact us and let us know of any Births, Deaths or illness within our community so we can reach out to them from the CPNA whether it be for celebration or consolation. We desire to be there for one another but we need you to keep us informed.
Community Fun Day
Keep your eyes and ears open for our up-coming Community Fun Day in August with the final date and details to be determined. We need your ideas and input to make this a great day for both young and old. See you at our next meeting. We meet the second Tues of each month at the Moore's Baptist Church on Cypress Street.
