I am looking for ideas and suggestions to generate member interest in active participation in the HOA. In order to run smoothly and ensure everybody benefits, we need participation.

Some things we are looking into are 1) bringing back the neighborhood garage sale and 2) raffle drawings for members.

Good Ideas, but how about concentratihg on the pig sty that we all live in. ''Crystal Lake''.Garbage Lake might be a better name. Take a look in and around the pond area. Notice all the trash and dying trees. Take a walk around the neighborhod and see the trash and garbage stored in front and back yards. I`ve even noticed a car parked in the street being used for storage. Also we have a car repair shop, and sales being done from a private dwelling. Why not elect someone to the board to handle all these issues?
