The Important Parts:

The Vantage offer has an initial three year term bonus offer of $27,500/acre and an optional two year term for a matching $27,500/acre.

Royalty - 23% true no cost royalty interest and revenue to mineral owners, will be free of any and all typically deducted, constantly rising costs including third party transportation or market enhancement costs, and what will only be deducted will be proportianate, applicable taxes as governed and mandated by law.

Although the 23% is less than the normal 25%..this becomes a better deal as other competitors (XTO and Chesapeake) were offering 25% no cost BUT with production and transportation costs if sold through third party. The thought is third party would become the preferred way to handle the gas production so the 23% without these continuing costs should work out as a better deal for the mineral rights owner.
