Well sites

Chesapeake has purchased the shopping center located at Granbury Rd and 820 where Panchos is for a well site. This site will be the one Chespeake will service our area from. A concern we have is what is planned for this site once a well is in place. We know for the Southwest to Northeast rail project, a rail station is planned for the very corner of Granbury Rd and the service road. It will be a few years before this station is built.

Another possible well site is the TxDot site located just south of I20 on McCart. This site would service our area from the east. Chesapeake and XTO are working to get this site.

In any case, well production for any of these sites is at least 2-3 years away.
