Wheels $6.00 each (if one is broken you must replace both)

Axle $4.00 (You must replace to use the new wheels)

UPS freight was $6.00

New 4 inch spacers cut from 3/4 inch plastic pipe if don't have originals
Home Depot / Lowes sells 10 feet for a few dollars.....

Wheels snap on the new axle and complete replacement took much less than 5 minutes.
