January 30, 2004 Willoughby Station Neighbors: Due to the acrimonious nature of some of the discussion postings, the board of the Willoughby Station Homeowners Association has decided to permanently remove the Talk About It area from your Neighborhood Link Web site. Neighborhood Link's vision for the discussion area is to provide an open forum for civic communication, where citizens can share ideas, information, and concerns about community issues. Our Terms of Use explicitly state that these discussions must take place in an atmosphere of respect and consideration.
