NEW DALLAS RECYCLING PROGRAM WITH BLUE CART

Rules for the new Recycling Program

Make sure all recycling items are inside the blue cart, then place the blue cart at your normal place of collection (curb or alley) no later than 7:00 a.m. the day that your recycling pickup is scheduled.

There is no requirement on separating items or bagging them if they are placed inside the blue recycling cart.

Items allowed for recycling

Cans - Aerosol, Aluminum, Steel, Tin

Chipboard

Corrugated Cardboard

Glass (all colors)

Junk Mail

Newspapers

Magazines

Plastics #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #7

Telephone Books

2007 Schedule for entire year

Our neighborhood is on Schedule "Monday B" for recycling. All recycling will be picked up twice each month from your normal place of collection (curb or alley).

Below are the dates our neighborhood will have recycling pickup for the entire year of 2007:

MAY 14 & 28

JUNE 11 & 25

JULY 9 & 23
