TO ALL RESIDENTS

Please give any changes in personal information, etc., to your assigned Block Captain. They will be responsible for getting the information to the appropriate person to see that it gets taken care of. This will also apply if you have any criminal information you need to report. Get to know your neighbors. Find out there work hours, types of cars, driving in alley or not, phone numbers, emergency contact, etc. Above all else, please watch out for those that live around you and encourage them to do the same. Consider installing an alarm system in your home, motion lights at the rear of your home, landscape lighting around your home, a latch of some type at the top of each entry door and longer screws in each of your lock strike plates at the entry doors. Lastly, watch out for kids that wander around the neighborhood. Gang activity is on the rise again!

PLEASE ALWAYS REMEMBER.....

Contact the appropriate person with ANY and ALL information in regards to our neighborhood.

Encourage your neighbors to do their part to help us get rid of the crime in our neighborhood, even if it's only to keep a watch out for the neighbors surrounding them. There are many older residents in our area that may want to make their contribution by writing a letter to a City official for something that our area needs or to stop an unwanted business from entering our area. We are currently setting up a "Letter Writing" committee for this purpose.

If you ever hear of any printing services, paper products for sale, ink for home printers, postage, etc., please let the appropriate contact person know. All of these items and more are the sole responsibility of our Crime Watch group.

We accept any size donation. Even if it's only 50 cents, it helps a lot! Of course, in lieu of cash, we would be happy to accept donations of products or services that we are also in need of.

We will always need donations to keep the Crime Watch afloat and to keep it functioning at a good level. However, if a resident does not donate anything, they are still welcome to be a part of our Crime Watch group. The bigger the Army, the more apt we are to win the war!

Lastly, if we all work together as a team, there's nothing we can't do. Each person is important no matter how big or small there contribution may seem. Let's help everyone know how important they are in this Crime Watch and strive to be the best Crime Watch Group that Dallas has ever seen!
