As you know, we offer Homeowners a free email download of the Deed restrictions/By-Laws. When you sell or refinance your house, the Association Treasurer furnishes the re-sale certificate to the title company for a fee of $75.00.

18 Wheeler Moving Van coming to move you?

Please contact any Assoc officer to arrange to open our Big Truck gate at Waterside Court and Highland Road for these huge vehicles.
If you allow them to come into our neighborhood through the main entrance, chances are they will cause damage to our landscape or sprinklers.
Please arrange for large trucks to use the gated entrance as the Assoc will pursue all avenues to collect from all parties involved to compensate for damages from moving vans.
