How to Obtain a Free Copy of the Deed Restrictions via Email

Highland on the Creek Owners' Association members can now obtain copies of our deed restrictions, articles of incorporation and by-laws via email by our Treasurer, Glenna Taite. Please go to the Association Directors & Officers info page for email addresses.

Need Printed copies

The Association does not provide free printed copies of our deed restrictions, articles of incorporation or bylaws. However, our deed restrictions, which consist of the Provision for Care & Maintenance of Common Areas and Facilities and the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, are public records and are available in the Deed Records of the County of Dallas.
