**SNOW AND REMOVAL FROM SIDEWALKS***

CITY ORDINANCE:98.034 CLEANING SIDEWALKS OF ICE AND SNOW

Following a snowfall that causes sidewalks to be covered, it is the owner's reponsibility to remove the snow within an 8 hour period. This includes additional snowfall that may accumulate following during the days after the first snowfall.

Ordinance Enforcement:

This ordinance will be enforced whether a snow emergency exists or does not exist. The ordinance is very clear as to when it becomes necessary for each PROPERTY OWNER to remove snow and ice. This applies to property own by an indivual, corporation, property rented to others.
