How do you know what you are smelling?

The rendering plant generally smells like sour milk or fresh mulch - definitely an organic stink.

The steel plant is more of an acrid, ozone like smell, a metallic or mechanical smell.

Drive by each and compare. Also, further down Jackson Pike is the waste water treatment plant - more of a sulfur smell.
