Yes, the ACC notices work
The notices are intended as friendly reminders that a homeowner needs to address an issue related to the Community-established ACC Guidelines. Over the past 8 years that the VMW ACC has been active, the reminders have allowed the ACC and homeowners to work together to maintain the aesthetics and improve the value of our homes in the neighborhood.
