Neighborhood Facts According to our neighborhood directory published earlier this year courtesy of Bob Czarnecki, there were 578 families in Heritage Greens. The first homes in the neighborhood were built in 1980, and development continued until the mid-'90s. The neighborhood includes a neighborhood pool (private) and a beautiful park. Adjoining the neighborhood on the south is South Suburban Golf Course. Grocery stores, restaurants, a bank, service station, automotive maintenance and supply facilities, and several retail establishments are close by, with one strip shopping center adjoining the neighborhood at the southeast corner of the development.
