f. Community Watch Program – signs will be posted shortly - 2 were ordered, 1 for each park. They are $22 per sign.
g. Spring events – We will hold off on a neighborhood picnic until August but looking to do an end of school year activity for kids to be held at Kingsway Park. This will involve a giant inflatable and treats like popsicles, etc.

i. Princess Park Damages – An incident with a current resident on April 5th has caused damage (see report attached). The estimate to fix the damage is $487.50. The consensus was to go ahead and do the work and wait for the individual’s court date to see how to go about getting damages paid by him.
V. Treasurer’s Report – financial update was given, with current balance, how many homes still owe dues, etc. A volunteer will be walking around house to house to try to collect any dues still outstanding to save on mailings. Treasurer’s report for 2007 will be presented at next meeting.
VI. Park Project 08 – this will be on hold due to money issues and concerns.
VII. Park Clean-up – this is schedules for May 3rd and will include general pick-up, installing new equipment to replace old, new garbage cans, painting fence, planting, etc. This will be done at both parks. We need all the help we can get.
