About Our Association About Community Board Two Community District Two is bounded by Atlantic Avenue and the East River on the west to Court Street and continued southerly along Court Street to Warren Street; then east along Warren Street to Fourth Avenue; then north to Pacific Street; continuing east along Pacific Street to Classon Avenue; continuing north along Classon Avenue in an irregular line to Kent Avenue to the East River Waterfront on the north. Neighborhoods in Community Boards Two Community District Two is an area that contains many neighborhoods: Bridge Plaza, Brooklyn Heights, Clinton Hills, DUMBO, Fort Greene, Fulton Ferry, the Downtown Business District, Metrotech, Atlantic Center, Renaissance Plaza (the Marriott Hotel) and the Brooklyn Navy Yard which houses hundreds of small business. Higher Education Institutions Board Two is the home of seven higher education institutions: Long Island University, NYC College of Technology, Polytechnic University, St. Francis College, Pratt Institute,St. Joseph's College and Brooklyn Law School.
