Spoke to this homeowner directly.

The question was regarding where the common area boundaries are versus private property for grass-cutting purposes.

The company who cuts the grass in the community, Altra, tries to send the same crew each time.  However, on occasion, they are not always aware of the exact property lines.

We will place a call to the owner of Altra requesting that he reviews the boundaries with the crew.
