Looking for contact information for the HOA office. I work for a Settlement Company and we disbursed a payment to Parkwood Estates back in December of last year which has not yet been cleared our bank. I would like to speak with someone at the administrative office or billing department. Need to verify whether or not payment was made by another party so I can issue a refund if necessary.
