A tree came down across both lanes going toward South Blvd. on Tyvola.   Just between Baker Drive and Glenham Drive.     A neighbor had just told me a few days ago that tree was leaning and she was afraid it would fall.   Well the rain took it all the way down.  Glad it appears no one was injured in the tree coming down.  

Glad to see CMS / CDOT put up a new school flashing sign very near the digital feedback sign the HOA purchased years ago to try and help slow Tyvola.  The new sign is just across from Londonderry on Tyvola just slightly behind the neighborhoods digital feedback speed limit sign.  I think the placement is pretty smart.   It will allow drivers to immediately know their speed in the school zone when the light is flashing.  

Hopefully slowing down Tyvola for the school and neighborhood.
