In the orange zone, I am hearing someone blasting the "rap music" from about 1015pm until whenever their 40oz "be empty"

Now, i can appreciate loud music just as much as anyone else, but here in the world of people who don't live in the projects, its a disturbance.

I can only imagine what would happen if i tapped on the window and axed them nicely to turn it down.

I also can't figure out if its parked at one house or cruisin' da skreet

If you can help identify this car I would greatly appreciate it.

You are not the only one that hears it.  That low rumbling carries across the neighborhood.  I hear is across the Orange Zone and especially along Willow.

They are cruising up and down the streets.  I can only suggest calling the police to report a disturbance and just tell them what street and near what intersection.

I know there is a noise ordinance but I dont see it enforced.
