When will the sand cans be taken away?

We received the cans from the county originally after requesting them through a form we submitted for that purpose. After the effort involved to get the cans in the first place was worthless since we never got any real snow this season, people seemed to just use the cans to place their trash in them. Every time a board member removed the trash, more people would fill them up with trash again. At that point we did request that the county remove the cans, but alas that seems to be another issue of "submit it and wait" for the county to pick them up.

At this point I do not know if they have been removed or not, but if you still see the cans, let me know and we will contact the county again about removing them.

It has been a very frustrating experience all around so I don't think the board will even bother to request them next season.

The 2 cans are still there. 

I will inform the board about the cans and we will try (again) to request that they are removed. That is all we can do.
