The city crew will prob be working on my block next week. I have seen what they did to that tree on Quince and others in the area. I know they have an easement and they are allowed to keep all the wires clear. How much imput are the homeowners allowed ??
My neighbors tree will prob be cut back heavily and I dont want them to make it lopsided and a danger of falling over. Can she opt to have the whole tree cut down to the ground?
