Also, we want to expand our Neighborhood Watch to include the areas that don't have any NHW activity at the moment -- that would be the area between 109th north to Country Club between N. Boulevard and Florida Avenue (TPD Grid 2), as well as Florida Avenue east to I-275 between Fowler and Busch (TPD Grids 3,11 & 19). We would like to have a NHW volunteer for each street in your neighborhood. Please contact us either by replying to this post here on the web site, or via email.

Be thinking about a good name for our new Civic Association. We will accept name nominations at the December 4th meeting. The name should reflect an identifying feature unique to our community.

Also, be thinking about how you want to get involved with this Association. Would you like to serve as web master? Hospitality? NHW? Communication? There are all kinds of ways to be active in the community that won't take up much of your free time.

Our NHW group decided to continue operating separately from the Neighborhood Association.
