Solid Waste Services > Waste Wizard (charlottenc.gov)

Waste Wizard allows you to key in an item.   It will tell you to toss in trash or rinse and put in recycling can.   In some cases it will direct you to a full service recycling center.  

For instant toilet paper rolls.   Place those in your recycling cart.
