My phone was fine now.  I picked it up an hour ago and no dial tone.   

Also could hear a radio over my phone. Spectrum could not reset the system and I have tried manual resets with no luck.    As of 2:13 no phone on 1/4/22.

Spectrum sent a message about an hour after my chat online and said they repaired the problem. There was a tech scheduled for today.    Mine was still out.  Then several hours later around 6 pm it started working normal again.
