Just what is it? How does it work? When do you need to know about it? What form do you send and why? These are many questions that need answers when you need them. I hope that we can get more information on the web site about all this soon.
Does anyone have a favorite program to draw a property or landscape with and printout? I need to figure a vinyl fence soon.

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE

I errored in the original headline of this discussion. It is the control committee and not the review committee but is one and the same. I put up the Spring 2007 newsletter link on the main page and in this issue is the form to print and fill out in submitting items for approval.

What happens when a homeowner makes a change or addition to their home without submitting an application to the Architectural Control Committee or A.C.C.? Is there a fine? I intend to find out if there is anything about this. Seems to be a gray area to me on this.

The calendar was set. The day came and went. No signs were posted. Nobody said a thing. Did they forget? Was it canceled? Who knows.

This is your board, folks. Where is the leadership?

It's time for a change in my opinion. But, who will come to the rescue?
