The Carolinas Freedom Foundation 2019 Salute to Veterans Parade, presented by American airlines, officially ushers in Veterans Day.
The event showcases local middle and high school bands, the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program units, active military units, antique cars and veteran organizations. In 2018, more than 4,000 participants gathered to honor those who have served in the United States Armed Forces.
