Stroh Ranch Community Association, Inc.

I'm relatively new to Stroh Ranch, so forgove me if this has been brought up before. There are three dogs right around my house that bark.. and bark.. and bark. Is there anything in the HOA that prohibits the owners from allowing their pets to disturb everyone else? As I type this, there's a dog barking across the lawn that's been going almost an hour. He did the same thing on Saturday for three hours!

 Additionally, is there a 'curfew' for these pests? My neighbor to the north allows his pug to bark as late as 10 pm.

 Who do I complain to and what can be done about it?

My first suggestion is to go and talk with the neighbor.  Ask him to please not leave his animals out so late, especially if they are noisy.  Remember, you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. 

There is also nothing in the covenants about barking dogs.  I'm not sure about Parker ordinances, but they have several thousand pages of the ordinances onine if you want to read them  ;-)
