I noticed today we had more of our Madison Park Toppers signs missing where CDOT had changed out the poles and street name signs.  

The locations this time are

Wedgewood @ Seneca Place

Montford @ Park Road

Mockingbird @ Park Road

If you see street signs being changed out let the HOA know.   So they can be sure to get them back up.  If you notice them on the ground alert the HOA.    

CDOT should take them back to their yard an alert the HOA.   This has not always been the case.  

These signs were funded through a matching grant with $'s from the HOA and City of Charlotte Matching Grant.  

Our toppers at the time of install were $175 each installed by our vendor.  We were given a discount that was used as match through the matching grant of $50 per sign from our vendor.
