I have heard rumors that a machine shop is to be built on the corner of Raton and Antoine, where the demolition is taking place. I thought our neighborhood enforced deed restrictions. If anyone has heard of this, could you please post. I would hate to have a loud machine shop in the neighborhood and excess cars parking down the street.

Our deed restrictions do indeed prohibit commercial business. Please reference deed restrictions for your Section of Pine Terrace posted on the main website. I have not seen any building activity as of 8/14/09, however, if you see any commercial activity firsthand, please contact 3-1-1 to report.
PTCA is an organization of residents working together to make our subdivision a better place to live. While we do address deed restriction concerns and refer them to the proper authorities, we personally are not in a position of enforcement. The more residents that are involved in this process, the higher the likelihood of seeing results. Please keep in mind that this is a volunteer organization. And any residents, including homeowners and tenants are welcome to help.
