The Trustees have received complaints regarding the parking of recreational vehicles/motor homes in the subdivision.  Please read below Section 13 of the Fairview Farms Covenant (by-laws) regarding this subject.  If you have a recreational vehicle/motor home parked in your driveway, please make arrangements to store this vehicle as soon as possible before any action is taken.

Section 13:  PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES, BOATS AND TRAILERS

No trucks or commercial vehicles, boats, house trailers, boat trailers, motorhomes or other recreational vehicles and trailers of every other description shall be permitted to be parked or to be stored on any lot unless they are parked or stored in an enclosed garage or in such other enclosure approved by the Architectural Control Committee except only during periods of approved construction on the lot.  This prohibition of parking shall not apply to temporary parking of trucks and commercial vehicles such as pickups, delivery and other commercial services for a period not to exceed 24 hours, or temporary construction or sales trailers.

We do have a camper in our driveway.  I suspect we my be the individuals in question.  We are currently doing some construction modifications that cannot be done anywhere else but home.  We have multiple camping trips coming up and gotta get things done prior.  Also, there are many others in the neighborhood that are not currently adhering to this rule as it is written.  Therefore, it is not appropriate to single anyone out.  This is an all or nothing rule that has not been enforced for over 20 years now.

p.s. we are on a waiting list for indoor storage.  

No one is being singled out. The message was intended for the whole subdivision since there have been multiple complaints.

WOW  what a waiting list, pretty sure you have had that camper in your driveway sence last summer. and have  never seen anyone workiong on it, just seeing it  used  as if you were at  a camping sight spot !
